Overall a very nice local sushi outlet. The Ebi Tempura and the Wagyu Tataki special were the stars of our meal. Nice and fresh. Lovely sauce and the battery on the tempura was just right.
We've been to Sushi Masa three times now, and never disappointed. Their sushi is better than some of central's best offerings. Our platters were beautifully crafted, and we savoured each piece! The restaurant itself is nice with lovely decor, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Recommended and will definitely will be coming again.
This place is wonderful - beautifully lit inside with soft music and tasteful decor. I got take out this time as was on my own and the food was fresh, high quality and delicious. Loved the special sashimi salmon dish - lovely balanced flavours. I will dine in next time with my friend. Highly recommend! What a gem of a place
Lovely restaurant with friendly staff. I love sitting at the bar watching the chefs at work. The quality of the sushi is extremely good and excellently presented.
Dinner here did not disappoint. The sushi master is really skilled and the quality is super high. We even ordered more when full because it was so divine. Well priced rolls and also a well priced sake flight menu. Only thing that would make it better would be slightly warmer, dimmer lighting and maybe more traditional Japanese music than the sad piano music. Loved staff and will be back.
One of the best sushi restaurant in London. Enjoyed every bite of it, it truly is excellent. We ordered the premium set (Round 50) which it came with 12 pieces premium sushi and they were brilliant. You can pick uni/wagyu for 1 of the piece and you get the rest chosen by the chef. We also ordered the salmon roe don Which was also exceptional. Highly recommended.
Sushi Masa is built upon a great legacy (Sushi Say) that has been part of this neighborhood and a true gem at that. Genuine, fresh, every bite as flavourful as the next, all served with a wonderful smile, welcoming atmosphere and with no pretence other than to serve fine Japanese dishes, with the kind of dedication and savoir faire that is original and of high quality . It's a must if you are looking for gastronomical introduction to the delights of Japanese cuisine. Wonderful! A true ambassador to it's country with plenty of soft and warm charm. Can't think why this is not more highly rated.
